About the Workshop
Join me for my Sew Anything Sessions where you choose whatever you want to create, mend, or alter with guidance provided in a small group setting. Just bring along your own machine/s and whatever project you’d like to finish or embark on. For garments, please wash your fabric before bringing it along to cut out as many fabrics will shrink, especially natural fibres.
If you are completely new to sewing, I will have some fabrics and ideas for you to start with at an extra cost.

About
I’m Regina Neumann. I am an educator and dressmaker living and working from here in Southern Tasmania.
My journey in the world of fashion and crafting is a bit like a colourful patchwork quilt – diverse and exciting.
I’ve had the privilege of wearing multiple hats in this industry. I’ve created everything from the cutest designs for Jolie Babies Wear to custom wetsuit patterns for the adventurous souls at KJ Watersports. I’ve not only developed and marketed my own fashion label and Lycra Bodysuits for Scuba Diver across Australia, Singapore, and South Africa but also added a touch of magic to the collections of Adele Palmer, Jag, Rusty, and Country Road.
When it comes to fabrics, I’m a bit of a connoisseur. Silk, leather, upholstery fabric – you name it, I’ve worked with it. My craft isn’t confined by materials; it’s fueled by creativity.
But, beyond my journey, I’m here to share my love for craftsmanship. I want to bring out the creative spark in you and make something truly fabulous together.
So, if you’re ready to dive into the world of bespoke creations, let’s have a chat, and we’ll start this exciting journey together!

What our clients say
Loved working with Regina, she became my source of truth as I navigated the fashion industry with no experience under my belt. She was kind and supportive of my inexperience, never did I feel silly for asking questions. Her replies were always well considered and understood, too. My label would not have continued had I not worked with Regina.Penny L
Regina is a fine teacher and highly professional, experienced seamstress. Her teaching is clear, well sequenced and paced for beginners making a start in Pattern Making and Garment Construction. I enjoyed the classes and Regina was patient in giving the time to clarify any points that were new or confusing. I walked away with a better understanding of how to make a custom fit garment as well as a new skirt to wear.Sue L
Regina always delivers works of the most superb quality, whether it is a lengthy and complicated projects or a quick fix. She goes above and beyond! I can't recommend her services highly enough. She is a wonderful and kind person, an absolute delight to work with. Maria A
Nothing is too difficult for Regina when it comes to making patterns and sewing beautiful clothes! She was able to make a pattern from a complicated dress/pants garment I showed her. She then sourced quality fabric - much nicer than the original - and made me my now perfectly fitting favourite garment.Joyce R
Regina made me 4 shirts after creating a template from the holey remains of one that had been much worn and loved. She came to my home for measurement and discussions. As I was going on a trip, she fast-tracked the work so that the new shirts could go on my packing list. And the quality of her work did not suffer as a result - they fitted perfectly and were beautifully finished. I still love them all. One of the reasons I am looking forward to summer! Regina was professional, efficient, and always pleasant to deal with. There was one tiny glitch after the first wash of one of the shirts and she was incredibly prompt in remedying the matter - and made me a matching face mask (with filter) to boot! Highly recommended. With all my dealings with Regina, I have found her to be most reliable in presenting quotes, completing projects on time and presenting top quality workmanship. Her prices are definitely affordable. I have no hesitation in recommending Regina.Gloria L
Regina has helped our family with adjusting and creating amazing pieces. Regina's talent in what she is not something I've come across. She is meticulous in her work and does so with precision, care, and love - not only for the fabric, but for the person who will be wearing at the other end. I'm grateful to have Regina as my go to person for anything fabric related that needs that magic touch! 100% recommended. You are amazing Regina! Keep doing you xx Nancy K
Regina is a very accomplished seamstress. She has huge industry experience but is willing to apply her talent to small alterations and mending as well. She has made patterns for me and altered many of my clothes. I can't recommend her highly enough. Kate
I highly recommend Regina as she has successfully completed new garment and repair work for both my daughter and me. Her work is of high standard. She is pleasant to work with, has been responsive to requests and made helpful suggestions. Margaret P
